Nothing renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel: you are only charged again if you choose to buy again.
What you are actually paying for
A pass buys Premium for a fixed 30 or 365 days. It does not buy a guaranteed result, a medical opinion, or any particular finding - reports are automated estimates with a stated confidence, and the medical disclaimer explains the limits.
Cancellation and refunds
Payments are final. Your first report is free so you can judge the product before spending anything, and a pass simply runs to the end of the period you bought.
Genuine billing errors - a duplicate charge, or a pass paid for but never delivered - are corrected in full. The cancellation and refund policy sets out the detail.
